Dear Joann, Annie, Nancy and your entire families,
We can't tell you how devastated we were to hear about the passing of your mom. Not only was Rosann Joe's deputy, she was a friend. We have many fond memories that we will cherish always. We always felt like family whenever we were invited to a family gathering. We shared many laughs along the way. For many years she ran the motor vehicle office efficiently and professionally.
She will be truly missed by us and all who knew her.
Love to all,
Pat and Joe
